A business account is specialized for restaurant customers. We would like to offer qualified business customers special discounted rates. Application is free and easy!
We are currently not accepting new wholesale accounts for resale.

Why should I sign up for a business account?

Business customers may take advantage of the following discounts anytime ;

1. [Kitchenware, Tabletop items, Disposables, Knives and Sharpening Stones] - 10% Off (★ exclusions apply)
2. [Food] Our parent company's wholesale pricing is applied to your order which is usually 35% off from regular retail prices.

Additional quantity discounts depending on categories are applied as follows.

   3 cases or more - 15% off (excludes TZ series)
2. [Disposables sold by pack/each & Tabletop items]
   12 pcs or more - 15% off

What is required to be eligible for a business account?

For restaurant customers, your business name and according business address, accessible email address, phone number are required.

• We currently accept business orders from the U.S. only.
• We do not accept general merchandise resellers or Amazon store resellers
• We do not support dropshipping fulfillments at our warehouse.

How do I apply for a Business account?

1. Please open the Business Account Application form.
2. Complete the Business Account Application and submit for approval, you will be notified of the application status within 1-2 business days. You will not be able to access Business account pricing until we have verified your application. Once your account application has been approved, your account will be updated for access to our business account pricing and online ordering. 3. Once your business account is approved, you may place an order online.

After receiving an approval

You will see wholesale pricing after you log in to the store with your account. The prices are indicated as discounted from regular retail prices.

• During storewide sales, we will turn off business pricing if the sale discount is larger than business pricing. The fixed discount will be applied to your pricing, and no coupon code is necessary to receive the storewide discount.
