The Cerax 320 is a coarse grit soaking stone. It's ideal for resetting a bevel, removing a chip or thinning a knife. This stone, like all others in the Cerax line, has a high concentration of abrasive and requires soaking. This is not a final stone and should be used in conjunction with either a medium grit stone or a medium and fine grit stone.
