Daikon Radish Oroshi is a traditional Japanese condiment made from the grated white Japanese radish known as ‘daikon’. This dressing is made by mixing of Naogen soy sauce and daikon, and a little bit of shiso (green perilla) is added as an accent. The radish is roughly grated so you can enjoy the texture of it. 40% of the dressing content is grated white radish. No oil nor any synthetic seasonings are used in this product. This is very healthy and simple tasting dressing.
